We have stayed at The Farmhouse Inn on two occasions and have loved it every time. Laura and Kyle are wonderful hosts and Laura can cook like a dream! The Inn is extremely clean and comfortable and feels like home away from home. The area is beautiful without all of the crowds of the Smoky Mountains and with many hiking, biking, and motorcycle trails nearby. I highly recommend that you visit and stay at The Farmhouse Inn. Come for a day or a week, you will be glad you did! We will definitely be back again and again.
This was our first visit to Tennessee and what a wonderful experience it was. Our main reason for selecting the Farmhouse Inn was primarily the proximity to great motorcycle roads. On arrival we found their home to be exceptionally clean and very inviting. Laura and Kyle are great host and went way beyond in helping us set riding routes for each day. They made it a breeze for planning. As a benefit we got to spend some time with their playfull Australian Shepherds, enjoy wonderful breakfast and meet some great guest. A visit to the rec room was another nice surprise for us, as we are motorcycle race fans and the autographs and memorabilia was fun to look at and reminese with Kyle.
Initial impression was warm and inviting and only got better as time passed. Everything was super clean and the mountain views were great. We drove to Tellico Plains to pick up our new puppy and Laura and Kyle welcomed him with open arms. Their two puppies played great with him and it made our first weekend with him very memorable.
We found the Farmhouse Inn on Google maps and decided to try it. We were not disappointed, Laura is a wonderful cook and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy and we slept until we smelled the coffee the next morning. You won't find anything better than this.
This is the second time I have stayed here - Kyle and Laura are wonderful hosts, the inn is very comfortable and food is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.
