I truly appreciate the staff at Chota in Tellico Plains. Whether I have been at my sickest or just needing a blood test they are supportive and always focused on my situation .

Tellico Chota is a great community health center. I'm always greeted by a friendly, professional staff. Billy is an excellent primary care practioner. I would diffently recommend them to my family and friends.
The "doctor" (nurse-practitioner I think) diagnosed my increasing loss of endurance as my just being out of shape, all without even taking a chest X-ray. I finally got to a real doctor who discovered that I had a paralysed left diaphragm and a collapsed lung. And asthma. A trip to UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham) and a robot surgical procedure called a hemidiaphragmatic plication fixed the problem. That and treatment for the asthma fixed things and now I actually have some endurance again.
